About this site

Due to its position in the heart of Kent, the Borough of Ashford encompasses a wealth of fascinating and informative Kentish history and heritage.

This site has been created by Ashford Borough Museum as a source of information on this Heritage. We have started by providing information to supplement Ashford Borough Council’s Town Centre Heritage Trail.

We have also included The Museum and Heritage Trail published by Ashford Borough Council and Ashford Museum Group.
